v-kit software   HPLC & GC v-kit software v-kit version 3 software is included in the InitiaLC and Initia GC starter kits. Follow the comprehensive SOPs to produce your qualification reports. The software is independent of your chromatography data system (CDS), as there is no electronic data capture from it. v-kit software can be installed to any PC or laptop meeting the minimum requirements.   A 21 CFR part 11 compliant log-in module — the 'Administration Console', is supplied with the Initia pack. This features user and administrator password protection, audit trail and pass expiry. Your system administrator has the option of whether or not to use the compliance module at the time of installation. summary reports — an option available for v-kit version 3 software — enables electronic protocol and automatic summary report functions. Step by Step: Use v-kit version 3 software to log-in details of your chromatography equipment and your calibrated test equipment. You will be prompted to set test set-points and PASS/FAIL criteria — or simply use the pre-programmed default set-points and criteria. You will be guided through the process of raw data entry, data checking and reporting. The ultimate aim of the software is to generate an audit-ready report detailing the outcome of your qualification test.   HPLC v-kit Tests include: • Pump flow rate accuracy and precision • Column oven and autosampler tray temperature accuracy • UV/Vis, photo-diode array and fluorescence detector wavelength accuracy • Autosampler injection volume precision and carry over • UV/Vis, photo-diode array, fluorescence, refractive index and evaporative light scattering detector response linearity • Autosampler injection volume linearity • Pump gradient composition accuracy and linearity   GC v-kit Tests include: • Temperature accuracy for oven, inlet and detector • Temperature stability for column oven • Pressure accuracy and tightness for inlet • Flow rate accuracy and precision for inlet and detector • Linearity and precision for complete GC system • Injection precision for headspace sampler
